David’s career has included work as a veterinary surgeon in private practice in Canada and Australia, operating a 3500 hectare mixed farm in Western Victoria and lecturing in agronomy at the University of Melbourne. David was admitted to the Supreme Court in February 2011. He joined Oldham Naidoo Lawyers in November 2010.
David works in commercial law, agribusiness law, property law, leasing and front end building and construction law. His expertise includes advice, negotiation and drafting transactional documents including agistment agreements, shareholders agreements, leases, labour hire agreements, chattel mortgages and guarantees.
David adopts a sensible commercial approach to advice calling on his business acumen of over 30 years.
David is a member of the Victorian Farmers Federation and Law Institute of Victoria.
